YOGA

Yoga is a physical and mental practice. This class incorporates breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures and transitions, all of which are beneficial for health and relaxation.

STRICTLY STRENGTH

These strength intervals will challenge you by incorporating kettle bells, free weights, and circuit training equipment; improving overall power of various muscle groups.

SPIN

See consistent results while burning a high amount of calories and improving cardiovascular endurance in this non-impact class. All levels welcome!

K-FUSION

This body toning-focused class will work individual muscle groups by incorporating bosu balls, stability balls, resistant bands, dumbbells, body bars, barbells, kettlebells, and more to give you a total, 360 workout!

K-FIT

This high intensity class mixes rounds of cardio intervals on the treadmill, elliptical, or rower with total body exercises geared to burn calories, build muscle, and get your heart pumping!

POWER SCULPT

Yoga infused with weights! This is a total body workout, where the poses are held for a bit longer, and light weights are incorporated into the mix.

HIIT

This interval-based class combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts, designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided!

K-POWER

Gradually progress over 4 weeks by working through different rep and load schemes. An organized approach to progressive overload will create the necessary stimulus to encourage muscle growth and an increase in strength potential. Once the 4 week time-frame is completed, members will begin a whole new cycle to ensure consistent progress!

CORE CONDITIONING

45 minutes of core based work focusing on strength and balance. Dumbbells, Bosu, medicine balls and kettlebells are used in this workout.
