B.O.S.S Body of Strict Strength

This is a full body workout that focuses on the fundamentals of functional, power and endurance strength training. This class will focus on fundamental exercises using free weights, resistance bands, barbells, and more to engage every muscle, while also focusing on proper form and technique.

Functional Fitness

Tuesday 12:15PM-12:45PM

Get the strength to perform everyday activities with more confidence!
Functional fitness means doing movements that mimic everyday actions,
incorporating multiple muscle groups at the same time. This class will build
strength, and mobility across the body, making you a
more efficient human both inside and out of the gym.

Re~Kore Fusion
Friday 12:15PM-12:45PM

Rethink recovery and core work in this fusion class. You will flow through all ranges of motion using movement patterns to challenge your core, balance, and mobility. Learn my ofascial techniques using a foam roller to soften muscle tissue tightness and improve recovery.

K~Fit/HIIT
Wednesday 12:15PM-1:00PM

High intensity interval training will work your body from the floor up and all around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100 % successful!

K~FLow/Vinyasa
Tuesday/Thursday 5:30PM-6:15PM

In this yoga class we will explore our breath, deepen our flexibility, play with balance and connect to our body. Learn to ride the waves of breath as you move through your yoga practice and life with ease and grace. All you need is your body and your mat!
